Privacy
This website is operated from Germany. The legally binding privacy policy under GDPR is provided in German below. The following is a non-binding English summary.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
Data Controller: STVenture UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Sascha Theismann, Kyllstraße 10, 53879 Euskirchen, Germany. E-mail: info@stventure.de
Data we collect when you visit
When you simply browse this website without providing data, we only process the data necessary to display the site on your device, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely). It is stored in server log files and deleted automatically after 7 days, unless it is required longer in an individual case to investigate or defend against attacks.
Hosting
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, which processes the data arising when the site is accessed (in particular server log files) on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
All content — in particular fonts, scripts and images — is served exclusively from that server. No content delivery network or upstream web proxy is used. The only exception is the spam protection of the contact form (see “Cloudflare Turnstile”).
Cookies
Merely visiting this website stores no cookies on your device. Strictly necessary cookies are set only after signing in to the admin area and therefore concern editors of this website only. No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are used, and no web analytics service such as Google Analytics is in place. As no cookies requiring consent are set, no consent banner is required (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide — your name, email address and the content of your message — to handle your enquiry. Your form input is transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection (TLS). It is not stored in this website’s database but forwarded to us by email (see “E-mail delivery”). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the contact form against automated access and spam, we use “Turnstile” by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. In doing so, data such as your IP address and information about your browser and device is transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated. According to the provider, Turnstile does not set cookies for cross-site recognition. Turnstile is loaded on the contact page only, not on the other pages of this website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against misuse and spam). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses are additionally relied upon. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
E-mail delivery
For sending and receiving e-mail — in particular enquiries submitted through the contact form — we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). The data contained in your enquiry is processed for the purpose of delivery and storage in the mailbox. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Processing by group companies in third countries cannot be ruled out; Microsoft relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at info@stventure.de to exercise these rights.

You may lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection authority: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
